- 1 pork tenderloin sliced into bite size strips (roughly about 2 lbs)
- 1 tbs cornstarch
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tbs minced fresh ginger (or more to taste)
- 2 tbs sesame oil
- 2 tangerines cut into small slices and seeds removed
- 3 heads of bok choy clean and cut into bite sized pieces
- 7 or 8 small mushrooms cut into quarters
- 1/4 tsp Chinese five spice
- 1/4 cup sweet Asian Chili sauce
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- salt & pepper to taste
